Terms of Service

Effective June 10, 2026

These terms govern use of Augury (the "Service"), operated by Augury ("we", "us"). By creating an account or connecting a channel you agree to them.

The Service

Augury connects to messaging channels you authorize (such as Gmail, Google Business Profile, web forms, Meta platforms, and Shopify) and produces AI-drafted replies to customer messages for your review. Optional automation features can send certain replies on your behalf according to thresholds you configure.

Your responsibilities

  • You must have the right to connect each channel and to process the customer messages on it, and you are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you connect (Google, Meta, Shopify, etc.).
  • Drafts are suggestions. You are responsible for the content of every reply sent from your account — reviewed or auto-sent. AI-generated text can be wrong; review settings (including automation thresholds) are yours to set and yours to own.
  • You will not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, or attempt to probe, disrupt, or access data that isn't yours.

Your data

You retain all rights to your data. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service — to ingest, store, process, and display your channel content and guidelines, and to use your own past replies and edits to improve drafts for your account only. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Fees

The Service is in pilot; fees, if any, are agreed per business in writing. We may introduce published pricing with reasonable notice.

Termination

You may disconnect channels or stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for the Service or other users. On termination we delete or anonymize your channel content within a commercially reasonable period, except records we must keep by law.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses caused by the content of AI-drafted or auto-sent replies.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
