Request data deletion

If a business you've contacted uses Augury, we may hold messages you sent them and the contact details attached to those messages. You can have that personal data removed.

Enter the email address you used. We'll send a verification link; once you click it, matching personal data is deleted automatically across all businesses using Augury, and the request is recorded in a permanent audit log. Deletion typically completes within minutes of verification.

Messaged a business through Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp? You can also request deletion directly through Meta's interface — those requests reach us automatically. For anything else, email privacy@augury-app.com.
