Does Augury send replies without my approval?

Not unless you tell it to. Every reply starts as a draft you review. Private channels (like email) can earn automatic sending per category after you approve enough drafts unchanged — at thresholds you control. Public replies, like Google review responses, always require explicit approval, permanently.

What does Augury learn my tone from?

From you: Google Drive folders of guidelines you choose, your past replies, and the edits you make to drafts. Corrections feed back into future drafts.

Which channels are supported today?

Gmail and Google Business Profile (Maps) reviews are live. Web forms (Typeform), Meta (Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp), and Shopify Inbox are in development.

Can Augury leak private data in a public reply?

Public replies pass a dedicated safety check that blocks order numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, and street addresses before anything posts. The drafting pipeline also withholds private context (past conversations, customer history) from public-channel drafts entirely.

How fast do drafts appear?

Email drafts typically appear within a minute of the message arriving. Google reviews are checked every 15 minutes.

How do I delete my data?

Use the data-deletion request form at augury-app.com/help/data-deletion. You verify your email, and matching personal data is removed automatically. Deletion requests arriving via Meta are honored the same way.
