Connect Typeform (web forms)
Status: coming soon. Web-form ingestion is in active development. The steps below describe how the connection will work so you can prepare; exact UI labels may shift slightly at launch. Schedule a demo if you want early access.
Augury treats each form submission as an inbound customer message: it lands in your Drafts queue with a suggested reply, alongside your email and review traffic.
How it will work
- In the Augury dashboard, add a Web form connector. Augury generates a unique webhook URL and a signing secret.
- In Typeform, open your form → Connect → Webhooks, paste the URL, and enable secret with the value Augury gave you. The secret lets Augury verify each delivery really came from your form.
- Submit a test response. It should appear in your Drafts queue within seconds.
What Augury reads
Augury maps your form fields automatically: the submitter's email address (so you can reply), a subject if your form has one, and the message body. Everything else is kept for context.
Replying
Form vendors don't expose a reply channel, so Augury gives you the polished draft and a copy button — paste it into your usual email reply. Tying the reply directly back to the submitter's email is on the roadmap.
