Connect Shopify (order context)
Status: coming soon. The Shopify integration is in development. Schedule a demo if you'd like early access.
Augury connects to your Shopify store with one approval and grounds your drafts in real order data: when a customer who has ordered from you writes in — by email, web form, or DM — Augury looks up their recent orders (status, items, fulfillment, totals) and uses that context in the draft. "Where's my order?" gets answered with their order, not a generic template.
Order data is fetched on demand for the conversation being drafted, used for that draft, and never included in public replies like review responses.
How it works
- In the Augury dashboard, open Settings → Shopify, enter your store's
.myshopify.comdomain, and continue to Shopify. - Approve the connection in Shopify — Augury asks for read-only access to orders and customers, nothing else.
- That's it. New drafts on private channels automatically cite the customer's recent orders when their email matches a Shopify customer. You can pause or disconnect order context any time from the same card.
What you'll need
- A Shopify store on any paid plan.
- Store-owner access to approve the connection.
A note on chat: Shopify Inbox doesn't currently offer an API for outside tools to read or reply to its conversations, so Augury can't draft Inbox chat replies. If you want chat coverage, the web-form channel works today — and order context applies to those drafts too.
