Connect Meta: Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp

One Meta Business connection will cover four channels: Messenger conversations, Instagram direct messages, comments on your posts, and WhatsApp Business messages.
What to prepare in Meta Business Manager
Getting these ready now makes the eventual connection a five-minute job:
- A Meta Business account that owns your Facebook Page (business.facebook.com).
- Your Instagram account switched to a professional account and linked to that Facebook Page (Instagram settings → Account → Switch to professional account).
- For WhatsApp: a WhatsApp Business account with a verified phone number, registered under the same Meta Business account.
- Admin access — the person connecting Augury must be an admin of the Business account.
How replies will work
- DMs (Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp): private replies, drafted for your approval. Messaging platforms enforce a 24-hour reply window — Augury surfaces the deadline on each draft so nothing lapses.
- Comments: public replies, treated like review responses — they always require your explicit approval, and a safety check blocks personal information from being posted publicly.
Data deletion
